A trailblazer from the start, Dee began her collegiate basketball career at the University of Pennsylvania at just 16 years old, excelling both on the court and in the classroom. She graduated from Penn with the determination and insight that now define her approach to business.

Ashly Cargle-Thompson is the Chief of Business Strategy and Philanthropic Development at Advise Sports & Entertainment, where she helps athletes and entertainers navigate career transitions and build sustainable legacies.

She also serves as an executive leader for the AJ Terrell Jr. Foundation, overseeing strategies to support under-resourced youth and families in Atlanta. Previously, Ashly spent eight years at Emory University managing scholarship endowments and advancing equitable financial aid strategies. A former collegiate basketball and track athlete at Lawrence University, she also enjoyed a professional basketball stint in Perth, Australia, blending athletic and professional experiences to drive meaningful impact.

Justin C. Smith is the Head of Business Operations & Planning at Advise Sports & Entertainment. With over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, he brings expertise in personal finance, business planning and strategy, portfolio management, and technology operations leadership.

  Nate Iden is the Head of Client Solutions and Strategic Partnerships at Advise Sports & Entertainment. With over 20 years of experience, including eight years as Managing Director of a proprietary trading firm, Nate specializes in driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic execution in high-paced environments.

Known for his entrepreneurial mindset, Nate excels at addressing business inefficiencies, managing complex projects, and fostering strong relationships. At Advise, he leverages his expertise to optimize solutions and partnerships, helping athletes and entertainers navigate complex markets and achieve their goals.

  Chris Jackson leads entertainment tour management, operations, and planning at Advise Sports & Entertainment, while supporting strategic initiatives. A former football player at Michigan State University and Washington State University, Chris held leadership roles as Vice President of the Black Student Athletes Association and a representative on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.

After his athletic career, Chris transitioned into operations, leveraging his leadership and organizational skills. Passionate about empowering others, he is committed to helping individuals grow into their best selves and creating lasting impact in the sports and entertainment industry.

Talia Sharrieff is the Head of Marketing at Advise Sports & Entertainment and the founder of SOSH Creative, a creative agency specializing in artist branding and marketing. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Talia has over seven years of experience in event planning and artist support, contributing to campaigns like Spotify’s Best New Artist and major events like the GRAMMYs and BET Awards.
